Now that you have found the home for you we can prepare a written offer.  We will go through the Offer to Purchase and related documents with you and explain them in detail.  Some items covered may include:

  • Address or legal description of the property
  • Sale price
  • Closing Date
  • Earnest Money
  • Method by which real estate taxes, rents, fuel, etc.  are to be adjusted (prorated) between buyer and seller
  • Inclusions and Exclusions
  • Contingencies – There are numerous contingencies that can be incorporated in to the offer including financing, home inspection, radon test, home sale, and many more and all of those options will be explained to you.
